SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado responded to a water heater leak in La Mesa, Ca.  We were able to respond to the call within an hour, helping minimize the damage.

We ended up making minimal cuts on the garage side, which allowed us to dry everything without having to disrupt the clients office.  During the claim process SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado communicated with the insurance company which the client appreciated.  Below is the 5 Star Google Review that the client was nice enough to leave.  

"Called SERVPRO last Friday morning and within an hour Scott T, one of the owners and his crew (Johnny and Ryan) showed up, assessed the damage, thoroughly explained their plan and how they could help us. Scott C did a great job removing the drywall and setting up the fans and tenting in the garage.  Ryan came out and checked the equipment and the drying progress each day.  From start to finish Johnny was a great liaison with the insurance company.  This group was professional in every way from first contact to work completed to cleanup.
