SERVPRO of San Diego Bay SW/Coronado takes pride in coordinating all needed work for a residence or business that has experienced water damage. 

Depending on the age of a home it could be tested for asbestos and if it comes back positive an abatement would be needed.

This client had a leaking pipe in the bathroom wall and unfortunately it came back positive for asbestos.  Not only were we able to coordinate the testing, but we were able to get the abatement coordinated to work with the clients schedule.  Below is the 5 Star Google review she left.
