Water Damage caused by Dishwasher in Coronado, CA. 92118

This water damage in Coronado, CA. was caused by a faulty dishwasher. The hardwood flooring and surrounding cabinets all had to be removed due to the water loss. While removing the cabinets, we were able to successfully stabilize the counter top with support beams. Because of this, the kitchen remained functional for our customer during repairs. The subfloor was also treated with an EPA registered anti-microbial agent and was sanded down afterwards to remove some staining that had occurred.
