This water loss was caused by a broken supply line. It occurred over a three day holiday weekend, so by the time we were called on Tuesday morning, 10 different areas were affected by this water loss. We were able to mitigate the water damage in under a week, while also keeping our client fully operational at the same time. Our customer appreciated our speed as well as our ability to work around their schedule after regualr business hours.
